Woodruff Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned practice providing in-home out patient services to clients on the coast of New Hampshire. If you need physical therapy to treat an orthopedic or neurological condition, but find it too inconvenient to go to an out patient center, we can provide those services to you in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Jeff Woodruff, DPT, GCS, is a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist with 25 years of experience. All care is tailored to your specific needs and your own goals for therapy, and is focused on exercise, manual therapy and postural and balance re-training--not a lot of fancy equipment.

We do not accept insurance directly, but our rates are reasonable, and we can provide codes if you wish to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company.
