New Pilates Session--Saturday am
Michelle Cromarty is beginning a new session of Pilates classes in our gym on Saturday mornings at 8 am. Classes are also held Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm and Thursday mornings at 9:00 am. Performing Arts Clinic
Each month, Woodruff PT holds a free monthly clinic for musicians or dancers who are having pain related to their practice or performance. It is held the 3rd Wednesday of each month between 10 am and 1 pm, by appointment only.
Jeff Woodruff will provide a 30 minute assessment with recommendations. It's advised that you bring your instrument, if feasible.
Exended Massage Hours!
Due to popular demand, we have increased our hours for Massage Therapy. Anna is still available Monday through Thursday evenings, but in addition, she now sees clients during daytime hours on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
